Problem

Sorting mail and documents costs time every week, and deadlines slip easily in the process.

Solution

Rules in n8n sort and remind of deadlines. Evaluation uses a local language model, so no content goes to external AI services.

My role

I set the rules and check what the automation makes of them. Anything unclear stays put until I have looked at it.

What the AI does

A local language model reads and classifies. It may not change or delete anything on its own.
